Using the lesson learned by recognition activities, the training for on-site workers will be organized for 50 workers (10 for each prioritized skill). For each training schemes (EE skill) one training will be organized, comprising 10-day seminars, with theoretical and practical classes which will be organized in construction companies.
The participants will pass an exam in order to gain certificate. The programs will be submitted for accreditation according to standards for education of adults, which will be developed andimplemented by AEC.
Applications will be colected by ECM and 1000 workers will be selected for recognition. The recognition session for each EE skills will be organized two times per months as the all applicants could participate when it is more appropriate to them. The recognition will be based on the procedures defined with the Law for National qualification framework and the previously obtained Certificate from training providers and companies that work with EE construction materials.
The project will include capacity building of trainers and training providers to implement voluntary qualification schemes by developing training curriculums (including learning objectives and outcomes, content, methods and material) based on the indentified needs.
